You feel pulled in too many directions — work, family, caregiving.
Stress and tension live in your body.
You’re tired, but never seem to fully recharge.
Yoga classes seem intimidating or not designed for the unique woman you are.
🌿 If so, you’re in the right place. I help women like you find calm within the chaos.
I felt just like YOU
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of work deadlines, family responsibilities, and the never-ending to-do list. At times, I’ve found myself at the intersection of Stress and Overwhelm, or standing at the corner of Exhaustion and Fatigue.
That’s why I turn to the ancient practices of Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation. These tools help me create calm within chaos and peace during storms — not just on the mat, but in everyday life.
Now, I share those same tools with you; women who are battling anxiety, overwhelm & stress. I’ll guide you step by step, so you can discover your own innate sense of ease, resilience, and clarity.
✨ This is your time to pause, breathe...
and begin again.
Do I need any special equipment or a lot of space?
Basically, no. You just need enough space that you can stand, sit and lie down. Having a yoga mat is helpful for comfort and to avoid sliding around, but in a pinch, you can be on a rug or even a towel or blanket for seated postures, and on the bare floor in standing poses.
Can I take your class if I'm not good at yoga?
100% YES! If you've never taken a class, aren't flexible or you just feel intimidated by it all, I assure you, you can do yoga. Yoga starts with the breath. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. My classes are for ALL bodies.
What type of yoga do you teach?
I teach a Hatha Vinyasa Flow. A typical class starts with Pranayama (breath) to bring us into our space and body. I'll take you through a gentle warm-up with special emphasis on the areas we're working on. Our practice continues at a pace curated just for your needs during our time together. Perhaps it's a gentle yoga, and another time we may focus on balance or strength. I like to weave in different aspects such as Chakra work, Somatic Breath-work, props or even QiGong. We'll cool down and class will end in a soothing Savasana so your body can assimilate the practice. You'll leave class feeling at peace, refreshed and calm.
